What’s New? Construction in our new subdivision, Stuart Estates, has wrapped it's second estate and will be starting on a new home in a matter of days. Please check our listings page for more information. Our estates include energy efficient appliances and windows, estate size lots, spacious interiors and two car garages. There are also no HOAs or HOA fees! *Developing properties since December 1997. *Continuing to expand in residential and commercial applications. *Developing in San Antonio, Texas and the surrounding areas. Overview Our goal is to develop quality housing at realistic prices and are aiming to develop commercially in applications such as strip malls, storage facilities, medical facilities and dental facilities. What We Do We develop small size residential subdivisions in various locations around Texas. We currently have two subdivisions in construction: Stuart Estates in San Antonio and Abbott Estates in St Hedwig.
